Well, porn has never caused people to commit genocide. You could argue that they encourage rape, but it is much more likely that it reduces tension.

Note that I said regular porn should be available, not all porn. The kinky stuff should be NC-17.

The Bible contains scenes that I would rate NC-17. How about Lot and his daughters?

Incest/Rape is a lot farther out than masturbation.

yeah, god punished him for failling to impregnate his brothers wife, if I remember correctly. I would be more concerned about the graphic violence than the sex. for example the story in Judges 19:

Quote:
19:22-30 After taking in a traveling Levite, the host offers his virgin daughter and his guest's concubine to a mob of perverts (who want to have sex with his guest). The mob refuses the daughter, but accepts the concubine and they "abuse her all night." The next morning she crawls back to the doorstep and dies. The Levite puts her dead body on an ass and takes her home. Then he chops her body up into twelve pieces and sends them to each of the twelve tribes of Israel

The Bible has textual depictions that would get it banned outright in some places. Canada can be picky about incest, for example.
Anyone heard about this notable American dimwittery? Allan Sherman describes it in his book, The Rape of the A*P*E* (American Puritan Ethic): The Official History of the Sex Revolution 1945-1973:

Of all the Morality One censors, the purest-minded was surely Noah Webster, author of our best-known dictionary. Mr. Webster was proud of his dictionary, but in 1833 he completed what he himself called his masterpiece -- a completely cleaned-up version of The Holy Bible.

Mr. Webster had removed entire chapters, proclaiming them too filthy for any human being to read. Then, wherever the original Bible had "dirty" words, Webster substituted clean ones:

BIBLE: Teat
WEBSTER: Breast

BIBLE: Stink
WEBSTER: Smell

BIBLE: Spew
WEBSTER: Vomit

BIBLE: In the belly
WEBSTER: In embryo

BIBLE: Give suck
WEBSTER: Nurse, nourish

BIBLE: Fornication
WEBSTER: Lewdness

BIBLE: Whore
WEBSTER: Lewd woman, prostitute

BIBLE: Go a-whoring
WEBSTER: Go astray

BIBLE: Whoredom
WEBSTER: Impurities, idolatries, carnal connection

BIBLE: Lust after
WEBSTER: Desire

BIBLE: Buttocks
WEBSTER: Hind parts

BIBLE: Private parts
WEBSTER: Peculiar members

Oh! You mean in stores for ages 18+! I thought you meant in only roughly 20 stores (around the world, perhaps?). That would be more like what I'd want to see.
