I sort of find them ignorant, not placing them into the context of life when the OT was written, and rules like some of these needed to be invoked for the primitive nature of people at that time.

Focusing on the negative aspects of primitive cultures is just that.

All from people who dont know how to read the book.

It wasnt intended to be read literally.

Allegory, poems, songs, metaphor and parables for primitive people.



I would be picking on modern man for poor interpretation methods passed down by previous cultures.


I agree that primitive men believed in whacky mythology, but theres no excuse for modern man to fall for nonsense with the educations that can be had on this subject without ever taking a college course.
