I hope if I ever got my own wiki article, it will not be called "Carl the Asshole" by my enemies. :Cheeky:

My full name will suffice, and you can have all the epithets they want for the disambiguation page and redirects.

The same, I feel, should go for ol' Julian.

Because it is not a pejorative.
Neither is "Emperor Julian"

What is the name of the Wiki article for Geta??

That should settle it then, unless wiki has a policy of incoherence (which wouldn't surprise me).

It should be clear by now that having a Descriptive Name with a POV is a direct violation of Wiki rules. I think the common usage rule favors "The Emperor Julian" anyway. I think the only usage class where "Julian the Apostate" is the most common usage is Dead Church Fathers. Do a search here for "Julian" and see what you get. I'm not finished by a long shot. If "Pmanderson" is the Pamela Anderson that would explain her difficulty with English.

Spin, there may be a time when I need to ask you for a favor, and that day may never come, so remember this.

Success! Julian (Roman Emperor)

Sorry, Joe but the hounds caught your little attempt at subversion. It's been moved back to "Julian the Apostate" and your page has become a redirect page. See here and check the history.

That was naughty, Joe. You just make the 'slickers more self-righteous.

Uhm... spin, why do you talk to yourself?

(Psst. Don't get caught with that sockpuppet.)

What was naughty about a reasonable rational and beautiful solution?

What is there to be self righteous about claiming two plus two is five?

I do not understand people sometimes! Does not irrationality cause others emotional pain? It is ugly!

A wiki editor seems to think that Apostate was Julian's last name.

Strangely, my second sentence above already answers your question! The self-righteousness doesn't need to make sense to you, but shifting the page and thus contravening Wiki protocol just causes the 'slicker to think that those who want to change the name are nefarious enough to try underhanded means to get their ends. It was just naughty.
