Only it talks about Satanic Dabbling, smartypants. The most damning and succinctly put statement of your failure in reading comprehension.

So "Satanic Dabbling" is a "syncretistic religion which largely lacks a consistent theology"? I merely ask for information, as I've never heard of a religion called Satanic Dabbling before. Or perhaps my comprehension has also failed?

At least that’s what it says in the link on Religioustolerance.org that Shven quoted. But Sturmrabe has got to let his contempt for Wicca overcome basic reading skills.

Please. A Satanist wouldn't waste time in calling upon nonexistant gods to raise the dead. I doubt even a Setian would.

Luciferian Dabblings, not Satanic.

If you care to read the religious tolerance article it distinguishes between satanic dabbling and satanism. But of course if you hold the opinion that all Satanists who dont have the same belief as you aren't real satanists then i suppose you;re arrogant enough to not have read it.

"Pseudo-satanic" would probably be more accurate.

By that same reasoning anyone who commits crimes using Christian lingo or symbols would qualify as "Christian Dabblers."

Depth of belief doesn't make it less silly.

Religioustolerance calls them satanists because that is what they call themselves. Since Anton LaVey didn't coin the term 'Satanism' I dont see any problem with it being applied to them. Now if RT said they were followers of Anton LaVey or 'modern satanists' or 'COS satanists' I'd disagree with it.

If you didn't care you wouldn't have commented. And which Wiccan tradition do you follow that isn't silly? Do you believe in magic? Do you cast spells?

Anyway, my original comment about dumb kids was directed towards the teens mentioned in the article, not all Wiccans. Why did you get so defensive?
