Default Mark and the seeds, based on Isaiah

I think I'm going to write an article showing that basically every scene in Mark comes from the Old Testament, every time I look, I always find a parallel. Here is another one I found amusing:

Quote:
Mark 4:
26 He also said, "This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. 27 Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. 28 All by itself the soil produces grain—first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. 29 As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come."
Quote:
Isaiah 61:
11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up
and a garden causes seeds to grow,
so the Sovereign LORD will make righteousness and praise
spring up before all nations.
What I find interesting is the consistency in Mark, in both the books that he used and the themes. Virtually every reference in Mark to the old scriptures is to a few books, typically the Psalms, Isaiah, Hosea, Amos, and Zechariah, though a few others also, and the theme is almost always talking about the destruction of Israel and God embracing the other nations, and here we see it again.

I don't find this very impressive. I would think that random farming imagery would be common in a farming culture, and used to illustrate lots of points. I don't see any clear relationship between your two quotes, other than the fact that they refer to sprouting seeds.

If they shared exact phrases or words, I might buy it.

I am of the view that Jesus the Christ was fabricated from the OT, just as a matter of interest, how many parallel scenes have you been able to identify so far, just in terms of numbers, not any details?
