Justin Martyr, writing about the middle of the 2nd century, was aware of Antiquities of the Jews by Josephus and never onced used any passage from the writings of Josephus to prove that the creature called Jesus Christ was ever on earth.

And what else would you suggest that scribes wrote by mistake in Josephus or any the writings of antiquity?
1. Is there anything specific you want me to look at in Church Histories?

2. The point you made about Justin Martyr supports the idea that the Testimonium Flavium is an interpolation.

3. I don't suggest anything was written by mistake. I suggest that someone purposefully inserted the Testimonium Flavium into the works of Josephus. This person may have been Eusebius, or perhaps one of the scribes who copied the text which Eusebius used. (Or any scribe from between the time Josephus wrote the passage to the time Eusebius had it).

I want you to look specifically at Church History before you make claims about what possibly happened in Antiquities of the Jews. You may find that it is not very likely that a scribe made any mistake at all.

We're not talking about a scribal mistake, dodo. We're talking about someone purposefully inventing the Testimonium.

Now what specifically do you want me to look at in the Church History and why?

An example, please. Just one, with proof.

The book called Church History by Eusebius. You claimed you have not read Eusebius.
