Origen's Hexapla had six columns. The first contained the Hebrew text in Hebrew characters; the second, the Hebrew text transliterated into Greek characters; the third, the version of Aquila; the fourth, that of Symmachus; the fifth, the Septuagint; the sixth, the version of Theodotion. To these six columns, but then not for all OT books, Origen seems to have added two more Greek versions, made according to Eusebius and Jerome by Jews, which were called respectively the Quinta and the Sexta, because they were the fifth and sixth versions in Origen's arrangement.

So which of these is the one that is "Origen's Greek translation of the Septuagint", let alone "a Greek translation of a Greek text"?

Strange and entirely out of character to offer information. Do you happen to know why Pachomius threw a perfectly good book of Origen into the Nile River ?
