Unhappy My apology ... Maundy does not rhyme with Laundry

It is time again to consider the parallels between Mark 13 and Mark 14.

Where are all the Sec Web scholars?

A clue ... no one knows the day or the hour?

dnftt is "do not feed the trolls".

I don't think Hilarius is a troll, like Eternal. I think he is a real Christian. But I don't see the point of these coy posts challenging atheists to try to make sense of his religion.

Just come out and say it, Hil. What's the point? Maundy-Laundry what?

When someone posts in an attempt to draw attention to another post--twice, no less--I see that as trolling.

A lack of contribution to a post indicates a lack of interest.

Hi Daemon

A lack of contribution may also indicate a lack of intelligence, but I would be the last to suggest that in your case.

Hello Single Dad

"I would be the last" is future tense in my English, and it clearly indicates a reluctance to cast the first stone, or indeed any stone at all unless others were to precede me, and even then as kind and just Christian I would need a great deal of evidence before joining in any general condemnation of another.

My expression "I would be the last" carries the clear implication that I would be the least likely of many to cast a slur on another.

Of course slur casters would have difficulty believing me, but I would be the last to suggest that you are one to cast slurs.

Blessings and Peace

Not future tense - subjunctive mood.
