Wink It'll only feel like eternity in Hell

Christians say:

1. Jesus died and went to Hell for three days.

2. Jesus died for our sins.

It only took three days in Hell to cover all our sins?

Let's see... There has been approxiamately 100 billion people that even lived. 3 days divided by 100 billion is about two and a half millionths of a second. So that's my fair share in Hell, huh? Yeah, I think I can deal with it. It'll just be the worst 2 and 1/2 millionths of a second of my existence. Maybe if I hold my breath and think pleasant thoughts during it, it won't be so bad.

If I understand my theology correctly, all the sins were forgiven instantaneously when the oxygen stopped flowing to Jesus' brain. The sudden flow of sins from past and future ripped a hole in the space-time continuum that resulted in an earthquake, the blocking of the sun, a torn curtain, and bunch of dead people walking into town and visiting their families. The three days in hell were merely to keep warm since his internal thermal regulatory system was no longer functioning.
The resurrection was simply intended as a way to scare the bajeezus out of the disciples and convince them to spread the news.

I hope this helps.

Now, PhysicsGuy, you expect me to believe there was a torn curtain? Let's see some proof...

Just think about a torn curtain until you feel good about it, and then you will know it happened.
